Join Cariné on Sunday August 5th from 2PM to 4PM for a workshop about the Psychology of Yoga.
In this workshop, we will become familiar with how different psychological concepts and behaviour modification methods can ultimately improve your yoga practice. Learn how you can motivate yourself through daily tasks and harder life experiences and discover how your thought patterns influence your breath and posture. During this practice, Carine will help you recognize how mindfulness really can boost your practice.

Cariné has a Bachelors in Psychology and has worked at the Douglas mental hospital for 2 years. She completed over 300 hours of certification on Applied Behavioural Analysis and has worked with kids and teens on the spectrum for over 10 years.
